Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Specialist to join our vibrant team. This position plays a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying potential clients, performing outreach, and selling our broad range of digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  3. Understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  4. Negotiate and close deals effectively.
  5. Collaborate with the team to ensure client satisfaction.

Compensation:

This role is based on a commission structure. For ongoing services, the commission is calculated as 30-50% of the first month’s payment, depending on the contract length with the client. For one-time services, the commission stands at 20% of the project cost.

  2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
